HelloLobby is a  new way of visitor registration on company reception counter in replacement for a sign-in book sitting on the reception desk. It consists of an iPad that is used by a visitor to input their information. It then sends an email along with an instant message SMS/MMS to notify hosts that they have a visitor waiting. All the data is stored securely and can be accessed in the cloud.


As a Host how will I know somebody is looking for me?

Yes, this is what the visitor management system for. You will be notified by email and sms with a picture (if you subscribed to Premium Plan) of the visitor captured with HelloLobby at the company reception counter.


What if I am not available immediately when visitor arrives?

That's human touch. When you get notified, you will see the cellphone number of the visitor in the text. Ring them or the receptionist and tell them how soon you can be there.


Where the information stored? Safe?

All the information is stored on Cloud certified with SSL and TMX security level, they can be seen only by the person you authorized as an account administrator.
